General Terms and Conditions

All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS payments are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account, Cheque payments are acceptable and should be made payable to RS Distribution. The goods will be held by Pro Music Gear until the payment has cleared.

We are responsible for orders reaching you, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.

All products carry a twelve month warranty. We will arrange for colloection of any faulty products within the first 28 days after purchase and a  replacement will be sent. Where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.  In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault after 28 days, please contact us for procedure. ( differs depending on manufacturer/product)

If a product arrives safely but fails at some point during the warrranty period, the cost involved in dealing with the replacement are shared between you and Pro Music Gear. If a product has to be replaced we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement, the cost of returning the product to us is at the customers expense. If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer and the postage cost will be at the customers expense.

We offer a flat rate shipping system due to the weight of most of our products.  We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase and they are sent by overnight courier. Please allow 72 hours for delivery although purchases processed before 11.00 am are usually delivered the next day. Our shipping prices are to UK mainland only. If you require delivery outside of this area please contact us prior to purchase.

Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available due to high demand are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

The opening of accounts is at the discretion of the company, Pro Music Gear reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that misuse our sales processes, or for any other reason without notice.
