Return Policy


In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, you should contact  us:
If the item develops a fault within the first 28 days of purchase, we will arrange to collect the item from you and once a fault is confirmed a replacement or refund will be sent. Faults developing after 28 days will depend upon the product and manufacturer.  Should the need arise we will advise you accordingly.

Should you wish to return a product that is not faulty, you must do so within 14 days of purchase.  The product must be in original condition with all packing present.  The cost of returning to us must be paid by the customer together with a 20% restocking fee.
